❓ When/how can I buy from your shop?

- Due to school and work, my shop opens once a month for a weekend for MONTHLY DROPS.
- My bio and PSA highlight will always be updated when I have a set drop date. I will always announce the official drop at least a week before the actual date. There may be item specific drops inbetween official ones
- I only take orders on my shop during the designated drop times. I do not take orders through email
- The password page to my shop will be taken off on the day and time of the said drop. PASSWORD WILL NOT BE NEEDED

❓ How can I preorder an item?

- I will no longer be holding preorders for ANY item, unless it is a collab. Pls refer to my PSA highlight for reasoning
- All drops on my shop will now be IN HAND STOCK ONLY.

❓ When will you restock ___?

- I try to keep my whole shop restocked every official drop, but production delays can occur. Most items included in official drops are available every official drop.
- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ITEM THAT HAS THEIR OWN SPECIFIC DROP
- Any item that has their own drop will be sold out by the time the official drop happens. There will be a 6 month minimum from the time the specific item drop sells out before I consider restocking the item, due to limited storage space ( bags and hoodies )
- Discontinued items will be posted in advance.

❓ When will my order be shipped?
</aside>
- Due to school and work, I will only be processing orders when I can. Processing time will vary depending on my work schedule for the week. Please allow 14‑18 business days for me to process your order.
- I’ll try to have everything shipped out as soon as I can. Depending on volume order, processing times may be delayed!
- If my processing time needs to be extended, I will update my story/PSA highlight
- Shipping labels are made in batches to help me organize. Once I reach your order, only then will you receive an email or text with the tracking info. Once you receive the tracking number, it will be dropped off at the post office 1‑2 business days after.
- Please give usps a few days to update the tracking as they are still suffering delays from COVID.
- Please refrain from emailing about your order status before the 18 day processing time is up. The amount I process daily varies depending on my schedule for the day so I won’t know when your order will be done~
